I authorize Cayucos Sanitary District (“CSD”) to initiate a recurring charge to my debit/credit card monthly. I agree that the transactions I authorize comply with all applicable law. I understand that this authorization will remain in full force and effect until I notify CSD in writing that I wish to revoke this authorization. I understand that CSD requires at least 3 days prior notice in order to cancel this authorization. I understand that charges will occur on the 15th of every month for the current cycle and that if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, such deduction shall take place the next business day.
