Mr. Curti, a native of Cayucos, graduated from Cal Poly in 1974 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Property Management. During a 35-year career in the financial services industry he was employed as a stockbroker, business appraiser, and equities research analyst specializing in small cap stocks with regional investment firms and a global investment management company.

While his career resulted in several relocations he always knew we would return to Cayucos.  After inheriting the family home in which he was raised, he and his wife, Martha, remodeled the home and moved in June 2018.

John has previously served on the board of the Cayucos Historical Society and currently serves on the board of the Morro Rock Mutual Water Company and looks forward to working with his fellow District board members to continue to build on and to advance the District’s long-term goals of providing a safe, cost efficient, and sustainable service to the citizens of Cayucos.
