Will-Serve Applications: Building Permits

If you are unsure which Application Fee applies to your project, please inquire: (805) 995-3290  (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm). 

If it is determined that the cost of completing the plan check and reviewing the proposed project exceeds your Will-Serve Application Fee, the additional costs shall be billed to and paid by the owner prior to issuance of a Final Will-Serve Letter.

Alternatively, you may mail in or drop off an Application Fee check:
